All content on Goable, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, destination descriptions, pricing data, user interface design, and software, is the property of Goable and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Any right to copy or reproduce Service content
• Any right to use our trademarks or branding
• Any right to modify or create derivative works
• Any right to resell or commercially exploit Service content

Actual booking prices from airlines, hotels, and other service providers may differ from estimates shown on Goable. Always verify current prices before making travel bookings.

5.3 No Booking Services

Goable is a planning tool only. We do not:

• Sell flights, hotels, or other travel services
• Process bookings or payments
• Act as a travel agent or tour operator
• Guarantee availability of any travel services

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOABLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED £100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any travel bookings or arrangements you make
